Training involves the use of machines, a bench or other device, using basic compound
movements that focus on a few muscle groups at a time. Traditional
Training has more of an
aesthetic affect and little to do with real life movements. Traditional Training places excessive stress on your joints working on superficial musculature while ignoring your stabilizing muscles that support
joint mobility and stability. This is not the way your body is really designed to move and over time the torque
